3 Agreement & consent

What you're agreeing to

  • Your data stays yours. We do not sell, rent or share your society's data — residents, guards, phone numbers or gate entries — with any third party for their own purposes. It is used only to run Society Security for your society.
  • What we collect. Names, phone numbers, flat numbers, vehicle details and gate entry records, so guards can log entries, residents can approve guests and your committee can see reports.
  • The free plan shows advertisements. Society Security is free for your first 2 months and on the free plan afterwards; free-plan apps display in-app ads. Ads are not targeted using your residents' personal data, and paid plans are ad-free.
  • You stay in control. You may withdraw this consent, or ask us to correct or erase your society's data, at any time by writing to support@ingeniousanalytics.com. Withdrawing consent closes the society account.
